Wilco's

Wilco is a Plott hound rescue with a silver muzzle, white paw socks, and a chest marking that looks like a rocket ship. When nothing else worked — when every commercial treat got the side-eye — beef tallow cracklings stopped her in her tracks.

So we started making them. One ingredient. Premium beef. Cast iron rendered in small batches in Chicago. No fillers, no additives, nothing your dog can't pronounce.

We source locally, we know where it comes from, and we make it by hand. That's the whole story.
